Usage, limits and alerts
Usage log
Every lookup is recorded per day, user and source (Record Action, Search, Bulk, Automation, Flow, Agent) in Tomba Usage records. Tomba Setup › Usage shows the last 30 days by source and the top users this month, and the Tomba Credits by User this Month report and dashboard chart give the details. Records older than 13 months are deleted automatically.
Per-user limits
Set a default monthly credit limit per user in Tomba Setup, and override it for individual users in the Usage card. When a user reaches the limit, record actions, searches, bulk runs and agent actions stop with a message for that user. Automation is not counted — it has its own monthly budget.
Low-credit alerts
Every hour Tomba checks your plan's usage. When it reaches the alert threshold (default 90%), or a lookup fails because the plan has no credits left, users with the Tomba Admin permission set get a Salesforce notification and an email asking them to contact the Tomba account team. You get at most one alert per level per billing period.
Turn on Pause automation when credits run low to stop background enrichment until the next period or until you add credits; record actions keep working.
