Webhook callbacks
Add webhook_url to a finder, verifier, enrichment, or phone finder request and Tomba also posts the result to your server, with retries. A separate lead webhook fires when a lead is created.

Set enrich_mobile on domain search, email finder, enrichment, LinkedIn finder, or the verifier to get phone numbers back in the same response. Phone data costs extra credits.

Finder, enrichment, and verifier results list the public pages where an address appears, with when it was first and last seen and whether it's still there.

When an address Tomba found or verified hard-bounces, report it with the flag endpoint. For each report Tomba confirms, you get a credit back.

Pay-per-request access for AI agents
Agents without a Tomba account call agents.tomba.io and pay for each request with the Machine Payments Protocol. Payment settles only when Tomba returns usable data.

Email finder coverage
Tomba ran the same 5,000 contacts through nine email finders, in two sets of 2,500: one looked up by company website, one by company name. The table counts the emails each tool found.

How Tomba credits work
- Search credits cover finders, enrichment, phone lookups, company search, and similar domains.
- Verification credits are a separate allowance, equal to your search credits on paid plans.
- A request is charged only when it returns a result; email finder, for example, needs a status other than unknown.
- Phone numbers returned with enrich_mobile=true cost 5 extra search credits each.
- Sending the same request again in the same usage window costs nothing.
- Unused plan credits don't carry over; credit packs last 365 days.

Data
Where the data comes from
Tomba re-verifies stored addresses regularly and removes them when their source page disappears. Each data refresh is logged by month with the counts it reported.
- Public web sourcesAddresses come from company websites, public profiles, articles, and directories, and each result lists the pages it was found on.
- Checked and scoredTomba checks addresses against their mail server and returns the status, its date, and a score from 0 to 100.
- Exclusions and removalNo personal addresses or data behind a login. Anyone can have their data removed for free.
