# FAQ

**Do I need a Tomba account?**
No. The app connects to Tomba by itself on your first lookup, and Snowflake bills you.

**Can I use my tomba.io plan or credits?**
No. Usage through Snowflake is billed by Snowflake and doesn't use a tomba.io plan.

**How much does it cost?**
$0.0098 per Tomba credit, and you pay only for results. See [Pricing and limits](./pricing-and-limits).

**Am I charged twice for the same lookup?**
No. Duplicate rows in a run are looked up once, recent results come free from the
[cache](./cache-and-budgets), and repeats within the month use no credits.

**How long does a large table take?**
About 100,000 rows per hour. Run large tables in the [background](./background-runs).

**What happens if a run stops halfway?**
Rows already done are kept, and the run continues where it stopped: run it again, or let
[auto-resume](./resume-and-auto-resume) do it.

**Can I keep a table enriched automatically?**
Yes, with a [schedule](./schedules) that looks up only new rows.

**How do I limit spend?**
Use `max_credits` per run and a monthly budget. See [Cache and budgets](./cache-and-budgets).

**Which warehouse should I use?**
X-Small. Lookups wait on the network, so a bigger warehouse doesn't help.

**Where are my results?**
In `TOMBA.results.<output_table>`. Copy them to your own database with `CREATE TABLE … AS SELECT`. See
[Results and history](./results-and-history).

**Does Tomba see my tables?**
No. Only the values you pass to a procedure are sent. See [Privacy and security](./privacy-and-security).

**Can I use it from dbt, tasks or notebooks?**
Yes. The tools are stored procedures: call them from anything that runs SQL in your account.
