Tomba for Salesforce has **one plan**, priced **per company, per year**.

Lookups use the credits of your **Tomba Enterprise plan**, agreed with your Tomba account team — so the
subscription covers the app, and your Enterprise contract covers the data.

## Company-wide license

You buy one subscription for your Salesforce org on AppExchange. It covers **every user** — there are no seats to
count or assign. Choose who can use Tomba with the **Tomba User** and **Tomba Admin** permission sets, and limit
credit use per user in [Usage, limits and alerts](/salesforce/usage-and-limits).

**Tomba Setup** shows the license status and renewal date. If the subscription expires, users see
"You need a Tomba for Salesforce license" until it is renewed.

## Tomba Enterprise requirement

The tomba.io account you connect must be on a **Tomba Enterprise** plan. If it is not — or the plan ends — Tomba
refuses lookups from Salesforce and the package shows **Tomba for Salesforce requires a Tomba Enterprise plan**
with a link to talk to sales. Credits, renewals and plan changes are handled by your Tomba account manager.

There is no free trial. Take the **Test Drive** on the AppExchange listing to try the app with sample data, or ask
Tomba sales for a guided demo.

## Nonprofits and education

Discounts are available for nonprofit and education organizations — ask Tomba sales.
