# List views and bulk runs

## From a list view

Select records in a Lead, Contact or Account list view and click **Tomba**. Choose the operation and whether
to skip records Tomba already processed, then **Start**.

## From a filter

The **Tomba Bulk** tab runs Tomba on every record that matches conditions you build (field, operator, value;
up to 10 conditions). **Count records** shows how many match and the most credits the run can use.

## Progress and results

Every run is a **Tomba Job** with live progress, records found, errors, and the search and verification
credits used. The **Tomba Jobs** tab lists recent jobs and lets you cancel or resume them.

| `rate_limited`       | Your plan's rate limit was hit                      | Nothing — resumes automatically             |
| `network`, `timeout` | A temporary problem                                 | Nothing — resumes automatically             |
| `out_of_credits`     | Your plan has no credits left                       | Ask your Tomba account manager for credits, then **Resume** |
| `enterprise_required`| The tomba.io account is not (or no longer) Enterprise | Talk to Tomba sales, then **Resume** |
| `auth`               | The Tomba connection was revoked or expired         | Reconnect in **Tomba Setup**, then **Resume** |

Resuming never repeats records that were already processed. A job processes at most 50,000 records
(adjustable in Setup).
